Dr. Phil Maffetone is a pioneer in Heart Rate training. The StayAerobic app uses his 180 - Age formula to calculate your maximum aerobic heart rate and also determines your MAF training zone.

StayAerobics main feature is that it tracks the users daily MAF workouts so they can gauge and better tune their aerobic training using Dr. Maffetones method. From within StayAerobic you can share your workouts with a coach or friend via Email, SMS messaging, Twitter or Facebook.
